Refund and Returns Policy

At ReadyIAS, we provide digital educational products. Due to the nature of these products, the following policy applies:

1. No Refund After Access

Once a course is purchased and access is granted, no refunds will be provided.

2. Limited Exception

Refunds may only be considered if:

• There is a genuine technical issue
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of purchase

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Downloadable materials (notes, PDFs, templates)
• Test series once accessed
• Any partially consumed course

4. Duplicate Payments

Any extra payments made due to technical errors will be refunded after proper verification.

5. Final Decision

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of ReadyIAS.
